- Don’t skip protein! Aim for at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight every day. Chicken, fish, beans – you name it!
- Rest is key. Your muscles grow while you sleep. Eight hours a night is a must!
- Lift heavier weights over time. Push your limits gradually. That’s progressive overload!
- Finally, stay consistent. Muscles don’t build overnight.
