Let’s get those gains!

  1. Prioritize compound exercises. Think squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. These work multiple muscles at once!
  2. Don’t skip protein! Aim for at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight every day. Chicken, fish, beans – you name it!
  3. Rest is key. Your muscles grow while you sleep. Eight hours a night is a must!
  4. Lift heavier weights over time. Push your limits gradually. That’s progressive overload!
  5. Finally, stay consistent. Muscles don’t build overnight.
